• Yes - the seat height is easily adjustable. I'd like to adjust the handlebar height but haven't fund directions for that yet; still don't know if it's possible.

• Yes? I upgrade to a shock absorbing seat post. Open or close the latch to raise or lower the seat. Tighten or loosen the collar for a thicker seat post.

• No need for instructions. There is one lever to release the seat for adjustment up and down.
