Hello. Yes, anyone from anywhere can send pictures to the frame. No, there is no limit for the number of people who can send pictures to the frame.

For example: linking the frame to a Dropbox folder and then sharing that Dropbox folder with anyone you want. Might take a smidge of tech savy or google-fu, but not very complicated to set up.
