• The Nokia 7.2 does support calls over wifi and text. It works with any carrier that uses AT&T's towers (GSM).

• Yes, this will work with Consumer Cellular. It does have WiFi calling and texting capabilities but that will also greatly depend on your service plan so please consult with them. Thanks for your question!
