When you buy the product, use a payment service like Klarna that provides a one-time use card. If Norton gets your regular credit or debit card number, they WILL try to auto renew. Don’t give that info to them ever.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I buy this every Christmas for my grandson. No credit card is needed to use it. You just put in the code on the card and you are good to go. I do not like anything auto renew so this is good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not if you buy it from Best Buy. I never auto renew either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry you feel that way. When you purchased in the retail store, you were buying a recurring subscription that automatically renews each year after the initial term. To be able to renew your subscription after the initial term, we need your payment information. However, you won't be charged until the subscription term you already paid for in the store comes to the end. Before we bill your payment method, you will also receive a notification email about the upcoming subscription renewal and its price. Also, You can manage Norton subscription renewal at my.norton.com or by contacting Member Services & Support.
