I just grabbed my nutribullet 32oz cup and filled it with water from a measuring cup. The "MAX" line is 24 OZ; it's only 32oz if you fill it to the brim. Jeez, was that so hard, folks?

Using a scale,
the 24oz max line is 19oz
the 32oz max line is 24oz.

Yes it is that hard because instead of putting amounts on the cups, they put max, which isn't an amount.

It is useless and deceptive.  A 32 oz cup should have a usable 32 ounces of space, not 24.  The ninja 32 ounce cup can actually fit 32 ounces of food to be blended. I am returning mine.

Thank you for your question. There is a Max line on the NutriBullet Pro 32oz (1.21 kg) to avoid filling up the Cup. The Max line is to make sure the Blade runs properly.
