I've noticed a pattern and had seen others with the same idea, Best Buy restocks the 30 series FE GPUs every other Tuesday from 9-11 am closer to 10:30 am in my experience. I recently ordered my 3060 Ti on the 5th, which most likely means the cards won't be available again till the 19th (but check on the 12th just to make sure). Make sure you have your debit card, phone number, billing address, and all other important information save already to make checkout much quicker.
