• They let me pre order the 5700xt in 2019 for msrp, sad to see you can't anymore,

• No because best buy wants to continually be out of stock to artificially raise demand so they can over charge you Msrp not in this place...

• Best buy only allows graphics cards to be reserved they are currently in stock. Due to the stock shortages for the ampere and rdna 2 cards they simple do not stay in stock long enough at this time for this to happen.
