• They don't ship this card. You can only order online and only pick-up in-store, but if you're like most of us, the site will report no store within 250 miles has it available for pick-up.

• The Sales Tax, Fees & Surcharges amounted to $32.00, Shipping was free. Keep in mind Taxes will be different depending on which state you purchased the item from. 399.99 + 32.00 = would be best to work a couple over time days.
