A. Of course they will restock again. I don't see why they wouldn't. B. Best buy has 2-step verification when buying graphics cards now. You have to enter a code sent to your email address or to your phone by text. You also have to log-in to your account during check out a second time. These cards don't ship either, so you have to have a store local to you to go and pick the card up at.
