“I was able to add the item to my cart around the 23 Jan 2021, but was not able to check out. Was there another step I was missing? If I knew I could of uploaded a screen shot I would of took one. I thought I was one of the lucky one who would get one.”

This happened to me as well, and I know the answer. Even if you add it to your cart Best Buy still sells them, so If they sell out while it's in your cart you can't buy it. This is where the bots problem comes in. The bots take them all and pay within mere seconds, so it's really dang hard to get one.
