There is no saying when it will restock for sure. I haven't seen it at all this week, so hopefully, it will restock at some point next week. As for what time, I read in a review that they are usually restocked 7:30-9:30 am PT. I cannot confirm this but I'd recommend just having the page open and checking it every now and then.
