• reading the reviews, I saw someone say they restock from 7:30 to 9:30 AM PST on weekdays. But, its not guaranteed every day.

• They only restock on days when the main truck that brings all the goods arrive. What made you think they restock weekdays? Sure, they restock the shelves. But a store doesn't have an unlimited supply to meet demand.
