“Has anyones order status switched from Preparing for Pickup Today to ready for pickup? its been 5 hours since curbside opened and still nothing”

• Order is showing delayed now, no email to tell me about that I had to find out on my own . Also no eta on arrival

• Nope, mine still says preparing for pickup today as well. Starting to kinda get annoyed and I know calling the store wont help. Just wish I knew where my card was at

• Been waiting all day for mine and I ordered two days ago darn near and the store now says it’s out of stock, I’ve had no update on my end or an email except “it’ll be ready today” and “preparing order”.

• Nope did ship to store Thursday for the Xbox X said it would be ready for pick up today, and it's still in preparing for pick up today. its now almost 1pm I already know I wont get it today!

• Got mine this morning last night it changed from delayed to ready for pickup but the store was closed by that time . Good luck guys !

• I’m in the same boat here waiting at the store for it to arrive . Customer service told me it was en transit a few hours ago .

• I’ve been waiting for my package. It says preparing to be fulfilled, but I can’t talk to nobody and when I look online, it tells me that it’s a shortage of staff or somebody misplacing some thing. I’m so freaking annoyed and probably will never purchased from Best Buy again.
