There isn't a certain time it restocks. I often times restocks either on a Tuesday or Thursday, but if it doesn't restock those days, then it is either a Wednesday or Friday. My best bet for time is to just start watching the page starting 9am chicago time to 6pm chicago time (convert it to your time zone)
