yes same here i have been best buy techs and they always seem to give me completely answers like i had asked about the 3070 ti if it will only be available online and they said no it will be available in every store no matter what both in store and online but i just tonight contacted one of them and now they tell me it will only be available online. I had to drive all the way to my nearest best buy and then they tell me that its only online.
