Nvidia stated their current fe cards wont have LHR. All new production ie the 3070ti and 3080ti will be limited. 

All partner boards for current dyes will be labeled as LHR going forward if they are LHR. ie 3080s going forward will have two variations. the New LHR and the original non-LHR.

100% agree they did a poor job clearly explaining and the unmodified pc gamer article makes it seem like all fe cards don’t have LHR but these 100% do, I think if nvidia is unwilling to be clear about it retailers like bestbuy should be on their website.

False, all 3080 ti and 3070 ti including FE are light hash rate , eventually these cards will be cracked to unlock their full power. Only way I got a 3080 ti was waiting over a day at microcenter for the evga FTW3 ultra. I will try my hand at waiting for a 3070 ti FE. At best buy
