When the superconductor shortage is resolved AND cryptocurrency is banned. Either of those alone will result in shortages and a scalper's market. Sadly the 4000 series will almost certainly be out before either is resolved and the 3000 series FE cards will not longer be in production then, so this may be a generation entirely lost to the average consumer.
