A:Answer No, BestBot does not allow pre-orders whatsoever. If you absolutely need a FE card, you're pretty much SOL, and will be living with NVidia$ decision to exclusively retail with BestBot.
If you are ok with going to a third-party card (EVGA, ASUS, etc), there are other alternatives, but not many. EVGA has, from time to time, opened wait-queues for new enlistments, one queue for each card line (and you can only wait on ONE, and you can only buy one; no exceptions). When the queue for the card of your choice opens up for new enlistments, after putting your name on the list, you will be notified when a card reserved for you is available. You have a very limited amount of time (like 24 hours) to respond, or your name is popped and the card goes to the next person on the list, etc. To the best of my knowledge EVGA is the only vendor/manufacturer doing this.
That said, fair warning. EVGAs backlog is absolutely enormous now. Currently (2020-12-14) exactly NONE of their 3080 line, be they XC3, FTW, hybrids, water cooled, and/or air cooled, have queues open for new enlistments. I suspect you can forget openly buying a new 3080-derivation from anyone until probably Q2 2021, if not later. But you never know. You just may beat the bots on this site (don't count on it, but even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile).
