“I was put in line to add this item to my cart. After a few seconds it put it in my cart, but wouldn't let me checkout!! Why would they even allow me to add it if they are already sold out.”

This also happened to me. I thought they guaranteed the item to stay in our cart for 10 minutes to finalize the order. That did not happen. It was in my cart I kept hitting checkout but no luck. 30 seconds later it said item is not available. This ordering system needs a lot of work to be reliable.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same, I had it in my cart and there was a timer that said it will stay there for 10 minutes. It took me 2 minutes to finish the checkout and by the time I clicked it said sold out lol what a joke.

Took a few minutes once I hit add to cart for it to add it but it allowed me to check out. Bestbuy charged my account and everything, hopefully it works already got a ek block being delivered before I can pickup the card
