Why are the reviews turned off? null

Because of haters, spammers and trolls. Look at bestbuy.ca 4090 FE reviews. Also, no one who purchased a FE would have possession of one yet.

I suspect it's an intentional paper launch, by which I mean there actually is plenty of inventory, but Nvidia is coordinating with authorized retailers and aib partners, limiting actual sales to a minimum, to drive up demand and therefore prices by controlling the supply. I'm sure they had a meltdown when crypto crashed and cheap used GPUs were flooding the market. So instead of slapping a reasonable price tag on these new cards, they're going to manipulate that market.
