will the 4090 be back in stock during black friday null

i've been trying to snag one as well for my sfx build but its always sold out , but avail on ebay at a higher price point from scalpers. Dont understand what game nvidia & bb are playing at by limiting the numbers of this model but its def not going to be sustainable for them in the long run.
