• Fe is always a limited run. Nvidia only competes with it's partners in the first few months. It's up to the other company's to keep NVidia alive after that.

• I assume Unavailable means there is inventory. But they won't release it. Maybe because of the new GeForce Experience sweepstakes they are holding it just for that.
