• The power controls are indeed on the inside of the armrest - either left or right side, based on the seating layout purchased (in a case that your layout has an armless seat, the control is on the side of the frame, under the cushion). The XL700 Turbo is also available in Brown Top Grain Leather/Match.

• Right armrest, it sits well near walls thanks to the way the recline functions, and maybe? Not sure.
