• The Oculus is compatible with Steam VR so whatever games you can get on there. As long as it is supported by the devs will run with the Oculus as well. Many of my Vive games work perfectly with it. The Oculus also has it's own store which you can buy games from. Even if it is not supported by SteamVR often times all that will happen is when you're in game you will see the vive wands even though you have touch controllers

• You can get steam vr ported to your oculus portal and purchase beat saber over steam and play it in the rift. It is a awesome game and I have it currently on my rift. There are videos on Youtube showing you how to install steam vr to your oculus rift.
