• The scooter has an IP55 rating. Meaning it's resistant to harmful dust and low-pressure water jets. Meaning it can be gently hosed. So, yes, it can be ridden in the rain. However, you should avoid doing so. And you should wipe it dry as soon as you can after exposure.

• I havent tried but wouldnt suggest it. Mine got wet from a puddle and did just fine
