• Turn it on, hit MENU and scroll down 4 times. Hit right arrow, then down 1 to Time and Date. Set with up and down. Press OK, then STOP. Record by hitting RECORD button. You can pause by hitting Record button again, then back on with the Record button. When done, hit STOP. These recorders are so simple they hardly need instructions.
