• When the user goes to the doctor, if they use the regular size cuff, the one that comes with this unit will be fine. If the doctor's office uses the large cuff, no. I had to purchase the large cuff separately from another source online.

• Yes, this is large enough for anyone. I don’t see any difference with the one I see with my Doctor.
