I suppose you could feed the HDMI-ARC out to the Arc or stream it to the Arc from a Sonos Port. I just don't know that you will solve the lip-sync issues. The Arc has a TV Dialog Sync setting (Settings/Arc/TV-Dialog Sync) though have never used it,
