“My 696 often looses wireless network connection when in standby, sometimes in an hour or sometimes overnight. Signal is at 80% and streams fine when connected, but have to turn the wireless off then back on and it reconnects. How to prevent this?”

Try turning the receiver off completely vs setting to standby ...Ive never had much luck with wireless tech re-attaching to networks from standby mode without some manual manipulation ..By turning the receiver completely off you force a refresh of the connection on the next boot up..
