“On Apple TV, Netflix etc, I hear the background music on movies but don't hear the voices , any tips?”

• I had this problem when I first set up the receiver. Assuming you have no center channel speaker, check your source, either dvd or tv if bringing network through your tv. Switch audio to PCM. Problem is, when using DTS audio, it is sending most dialogue to the center channel. Hope this helps.
