I haven't had issues, but from what I was told. There maybe a problem with satellite stations, but there shouldn't be with the over-the-air ones. According to the installer, I was told that the over-the-air should work no matter what.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Orby uses the ku band for reception. It is possible to experience dropouts of the signal but this usually occurs only during extreme downpours or when the dish has accumulated a large amount of wet snow on the surface. I am a Free To Air hobbyist (both ku and c band) and have not experienced signal loss because of heavy cloud cover so it would appear that your dish may need some slight adjustment to peak the signal.

If this does not work, call Orby Support number. They will probably have you do same thing but they will also check connections on their end.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Your dish may need to be reaimed. Orby has a built in signal meter. I receive about 89% of the signal. Through clouds, heavy winds, rain, and snow I've not lost signal at all. Only time I did there was a really good player of snow on my dish, cleared it and the signal came back just as strong.
