Thank you for your inquiry. Most LEDs do not emit any UV. The blue light from LEDs may emit a tiny fraction of UV however the phosphor reduces this amount to such a small fraction of the already small amount, the amount emitted is essentially negligible. The watt of Ottlite's Enhance LED Sanitizing Desk lamp = 5.2 watts. No automatic timer for Spectra Clean (Sanitizing mode) to turn off.
