QuestionWhy can’t you find the correct trim kit anywhere? Even at Panasonic’s site the trim kit isn’t even listed. Did the model number for the trim kit change?

- Answer I too am in search of the trim kit. It only shows Best Buy and Amazon as dealers and Best Buy.com says it is sold out (Also $260??!! Really, for a simple trim kit?) and Amazon only has it listed by one seller and it is $650 - which is $200 more than the oven itself! If I cant find the trim kit I am not buying the unit...

- Answer From answer above... If it's a countertop model, (not a built-in), and doesn't need a trim kit then why are you selling a 24" trim kit? This anwer makes no sense.

QuestionI really like this unit. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen and want this unit to be built in but our cabinet is a 27 inch. Is there a trim kit available for this unit that will work for a 27 inch cabinet?

- Answer We looked for a trim kit but couldn't find -- probably that's not being offered. We had a similar space problem as our cabinet would fit a smaller microwave. But we had to get this model for the price and its features. I added a plank that added the extra 3 inches to fit the microwave and there's no looking back.

- Answer Panasonic Team's answer is incorrect... Here is the info directly from the manual ( https://help.panasonic.ca/PCS/OperatingInstructions/NN-CD87KS_EN_USA_OM.pdf ): "Allow 6 inches (15 cm) of space on the top of the oven, 4 inches (10 cm) at back and 2 inches (5 cm) on both sides. If one side of the oven is placed flush to a wall, the other side or top must not be blocked. Do not remove feet.".

- Answer I can't give you a specific temp, but I've determined that it takes MUCH longer to airfry something in the micro vs. my older air-frying gadget. However, you can significanlly speed things up by using the AirFryer-Microwave Combo selection...
