If you purchased the Geek Squad Prortection take it back to the store and they will give you a new one, if no Geek Squad protection it is covered under the Panasonic 1 year warrenty, contact Panasonic.

I got the same error code and it costs more to repair so I'm just waiting for Panasonic to contact me for a refund the shop said. And the shop owner was very unpersonanable and no help at all so who knows?
