Is your monitor/TV able to put out at least 1080p resolution. Did you run through the on-screen setup menu? You might have it set on 480p only. Or it might be the type of connection you are using. You have to make all these settings manually.Or if you screw them up you can go into the general settings menu and reset everything and start over. I know, it's a pain,but sometimes the only way to fix it if it isn't doing what you want it to do. C.M.
