“I own a Panasonic Blue Ray home theater SC-BT235 from 2009. I am buying this Panasonic DP-UB9000P1K unit to replace it, but want to use 5 speakers from the old unit. The manual is not clear that these old speakers work with the new unit, watts limit.”

• This unit just runs through your receiver, no amp built in.Shouldn't matter what kind of speakers,as long as they work with your receiver. C.M.
