Q: QuestionDoes the color of light changes when it is fully charged? When I bought mine from best buy I plugged in to initially charge and the light just stayed red even though I kept it plugged 4+ days. I would assume it should turn green to show full charge? Thnks

Q: QuestionHi. I just bought the Shaver. On my first use., it didn't remove the hair but shaved it the way razor shaves. After shaving you can see the hair left in the skin, didn't remove the whole hair. It breaks the hair where you can ise the twizler remove.

We recommend the outer foil to be replaced after approximately 1 year, and the inner blades after approximately 2 years. -G
