Q: QuestionWhy is my shaver not giving a very smooth shave as it did the first time? Only used 5 times. Have followed the cleaning and charging instructions to the letter? If I had gotten my current results at first, I would have returned it.

Q: QuestionDoes the color of light changes when it is fully charged? When I bought mine from best buy I plugged in to initially charge and the light just stayed red even though I kept it plugged 4+ days. I would assume it should turn green to show full charge? Thnks
