Hello Sam! Some of the differences between the two models include Intelligent Zoom of 25x in 4K and Intelligent Zoom of 40x in regular HD for the V770K model. Also, V770K records mostly in 60fps: 1920 x 1080p at 60 fps (50 Mb/s MP4), 1920 x 1080p at 60 fps (28 Mb/s MP4), 1280 x 720p at 60 fps (9 Mb/s MP4), 1920 x 1080p at 60 fps (28 Mb/s AVCHD). V770K will also consume more power than its counterpart: 7.6 W when recording and 7.7 W when charging. Besides these differences, the two models are very similar. -G
