Does this camera offer a date & time stamp? null

There is a date and time stamp visible on the display during operation, but I have not found a feature to impose the date/time on video clips pulled from the camera (like old JVC cameras). An easy software that can place date and time stamp information into video is IVE (Investigator Video Editing) software. Best software I have found that is out there.
