You can do so by following these steps: - on a handset, please press [CALL BLOCK] and choose the option "Block a single number" and press [SELECT] - then, using the arrow keys, please choose the number you want unblocked and press [UNBLOCK] - then please choose the option "Yes" and press [SELECT] - at the end, please press [OFF] We hope this helps! - F
