“Do the rechargeable batteries eventually need to be replaced?”

• I have a set of these phones that I have been using for about 8 years and I did replace the batteries about 2 years ago.I was able to get the batteries on line for about $4.00 each. Hope this helps.

• I have owned a previous generation of these phones and had to replace the batteries after 8 years. That's a good life span for these phones.
