“Setting up new phone. "Voicemail msg.via phone co." shows in display. Don't want to set up VM so how do I get rid of this message? Many Thanks.”

Many thanks for your speedy reply. I have done each of your suggestions but the Voicemail msg. keeps coming back so I repeat the process. BTW, these new phones replace old phones of the same brand. Very happy with my purchase.

When a message is recorded a notification is displayed. Normally this notification is automatically cleared after you listen to the message. There are several ways to clear the message, like: On the handset by pressing and holding the [#] button until the unit beeps. On the handset by pressing and holding the [Clear] button until the unit beeps. On the handset by pressing and holding the [OFF] button until the unit beeps.
