• The compatible remote shutter for this camera is DMW-RSL1, which is not wireless. Motion picture recording can be started/stopped with the shutter remote control mentioned. We recommend using Creative Video Mode motion picture recording.

• Yes but keep in mind that if you are controlling the camera with your cell phone you cannot use the hdmi output to view on a monitor.
