Does this include that battery and charger ? null

It comes with a charger cord that plugs into the camera and the battery is charged in camera. Actual chargers are available but not included.

Yes it includes a cable to charge and plug. I purchased extras on Amazon

Battery yes and a USB cable to charge battery in camera, but no stand along charger.
