Please try again later.I replaced a GH5 with S5II (the former produced more blurred images than the latter, that is why I wanted to replace) within the return policy period. Since I didn't damage the packaging, Bestbuy didn't charge me any return fee (15% otherwise). But I don't know if Bestbuy would have charged me the return fee if I didn't buy the substitute.
