Yes. HDMI stands for High Def Multi-Media Interface. If you are speaking of the inability to cast copyrighted material, the answer again is HDMI. Connect the IPAd or the PC or the tablet or the phone via HDMI.

The HDMI cable will carry both Audio and Video when connected to the Video Out (Video/Audio) port on the player. If you connect the player to a projector please make sure to connect the projector to the Audio Out port. To enjoy video output with a projector make sure to set “HDMI(AUDIO) Output Mode” to “Video + Audio”. We hope this information will be useful! - S
