QuestionI know people have asked about the resume feature. I bought a 4K dvd & it will resume where You paused a movie. will this do the same & if you take the movie out will it resume? Also does it do the same for Blu-ray tv series because my Sony won’t?

- Answer This model plays any movie media except vhs. I play my vhs tapes on an old Panasonic dvd/vhs player which is probably 20 years old and still plays fine. Best Buy doesn’t sell obsolete technology— you need to try the reseller marketplaces like Amazon or EBay.

QuestionNot tech savvy here. I want to be able to play 4K, blu-ray, and DVD, have mostly DVD's at this point. I have a Samsung 4K smart TV so I don't think I need the WiFi capability? I would like to be able to make it region free as I have dvd's from the UK.

QuestionWhat is the purpose of a 2nd HDMI?

- Answer One is combo video and audio out the other is just audio out. I just use the combo one. Using both and splitting the video and audio (like video straight to TV and audio straight to a A/V receiver or sound bar or something like that) is supposed to give better picture and audio I believe since you are splitting the data up. How much better I guess just depends on your system and if it's really worth it.

- Answer I doubt there is any tv or player that comes with an HDMI cable included. There is as wide a range of choices in cables as there is in tvs and players. You will have to buy one. You need to ask for assistance to make a good decision as to which cable is compatible and sufficient for your needs.

QuestionI’m having trouble changing the picture size while watching a regular DVD. The movie is just a small screen in the middle of the tv that doesn’t fit the whole screen. How do I correct the problem?
