Push it twice to power up. It helps to get your index finger squarely behind the Bee logo on the backside and pinch it, rather than push. 3 pushes and a 4th long hold resets it.

Please choose either the Google FMD or Apple Find my app to pair the device then depending on the app you will want to double press the Pebblebee clip to have the device go into pairing mode. Please reach out to support@pebblebee.com for more detailed assistance. Thanks.
