Not according to their website but they will work if they are protected and within range of the router. Personally, I wouldn't because they will degrade faster. I would pick a cheaper bulb maybe even a Bluetooth one for that purpose.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn't directly say not to use outdoors. It does say it can't get wet and, as with all LED bulbs, it can't be installed into a fully enclosed outlet. I believe Philips makes a bulb specific for outdoor use
