• Yes, it is only a 1 bulb pack. It would with all 3 of the amazon devices. Amazon Echo, Tap, and Dot.

• There is one bulb in the pack. It does work with Amazon Tap.

• There's only one bulb in the single pack unless you buy the kit that has three bulbs with the controller .

• Yes, it's only one bulb. It should work with tap, but you will need the Phillips hue hub as well.
